Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

Return a Product

1. returns

We have a 7-day return policy. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

 

We will review the issue and process a refund if applicable. A 100% refund is eligible in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product received differs from the order.

2. order cancellations

Orders can be canceled before delivery begins. Once a waybill is issued, the order is considered shipped and can no longer be canceled.

3. shipping costs and applicable return charges

A full refund is only eligible if the product has a manufacturing defect or if the item received differs from the order.

 

If a parcel is denied entry by customs or returned to us, the return shipping costs are the customerโ€™s responsibility. The original delivery fee, return fee, and any applicable charges will be deducted from the refund after the goods are received at our warehouse.

 

Please note that, due to country regulations and the nature of our products, an export permit must be obtained before shipping from South Korea. In the case of a return, re-import charges may apply. Any applicable charges, including original delivery fees and re-import costs, will be deducted from the refund once the goods are received at our warehouse.

Refunds are processed once returned goods arrive at our warehouse and pass inspection. Approved refunds will be issued within 1 to 3 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
